Good quality, delivery took a bit
I ordered a Flexy Base and a Gel Costruttore from Nailab Professional a few weeks ago. The products themselves are really good; the Flexy Base applied smoothly and the Gel Costruttore had a nice consistency. I noticed a definite improvement in durability compared to other brands I've tried. The shipping, though, took about 8 days to get to my address in Florida. It wasn't a huge deal but something to keep in mind if you're in a rush. Overall, happy with the product quality for sure.
Decent products, slow support
I bought the Kit Professionale Ricostruzione a while back. Everything arrived well-packaged, and the tools like the Lima per Unghie and Buffer are solid. The Lampada LED UV works fine, no complaints there. I had a small question about the Acrigel application, sent an email to support, and it took them nearly 3 days to get back to me. The answer was helpful in the end, but the wait was a little frustrating. The quality of the actual products is professional-grade, so that's a plus, but customer service could use some speeding up.
